(Not a people manager) * Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications systems to meet operational standards. * Monitors the operations of telecommunications systems and services of vendors. * Conducts studies regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate. * Plans and coordinates all moves and installation of telecommunications equipment. * Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary. * Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the telecommunications systems. _**What You Will Need to Succeed:**_ * Provides end-user training of telecommunications features and functionality. * CompTIA Security Plus required. * DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 3+ years of experience The likely salary range for this position is $73,9
