Expert-level experience, expansive and far reaching knowledge in project management, 8-10 years of relevant work-related experience, Technical program management for platform/AI initiatives (8+ yrs) with dependency and milestone ownership., Cross-team orchestration: align product, engineering, security, data, and drive decisions and unblockers., Agile delivery management (Scrum/SAFe): plans, RAID logs, sprint/PI execution, release readiness., Metrics-driven delivery: define and track outcomes (deflection/containment, latency, adoption) and report exec-ready status., Experience managing vendor/partner dependencies and contract deliverable governance., Expert knowledge of project processes, problem management tools and procedures, Advanced knowledge of Agile development practices and ceremonies, Advanced knowledge of application impact on operational and business functions, Skilled in proficient financial acumen to interpret corporate financial analysis and financial statements, Skilled in Customer Service and Team orientation, Ability to assume a high level of responsibility and provide direction in a Team-oriented environment, directing tasks to finish by scheduled completion date, Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, at all levels, Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information, Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative, Team based environment and maintain composure under pressure and accurately assess problem situations, Skilled in Leadership to direct performance of outside Contractors and maintain positive relations with internal Customers, Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary and sensitive Company information

In this role, you act as a key link between strategy and execution—aligning funding, dependencies, roadmaps, and delivery across a highly visible agentic AI program supporting the largest domestic airline in the United States. You will work closely with Teams across product, engineering, data, security, and operations to drive Agile delivery, manage portfolio governance, and ensure clear alignment on priorities and outcomes. By providing consistent, metrics‑driven visibility into progress, risk, and performance, you help ensure AI capabilities are delivered safely, reliably, and with measurable value for both Customers and the business. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, global initiatives while contributing to the evolution of Customer‑centric AI platforms used across Southwest.
