What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, At least four years of proven related work experience, General knowledge specialized technical and skilled trade, General knowledge of all codes, principles and techniques associated with the installation, maintenance, repair and operation of HVAC, mechanical systems and devices, Able to solve and test mechanical systems and components, Able to interpret blue prints and electrical schematics
Nice to Have
Industry trade certifications strongly preferred

Perform maintenance service and repairs
Ensure maximum operational efficiency of facilities
Ensure all systems are fully operational
Inspect systems according to accepted standards
Develop preventive maintenance programs
Implement repair programs
Develop maintenance procedures
Implement maintenance procedures
Provide training and guidance to staff
Respond to customer service requests
Respond to maintenance calls
Respond to fire systems calls
Respond to emergency calls
Maintain digitally-controlled building management system
Program BMS software and devices
Test life safety systems
Administer chemical treatment programs
Perform plumbing maintenance
Perform refrigeration systems maintenance
Perform mechanical systems maintenance
