What They're Looking For.
Must Have
prior documentation experience authoring documentation for software products, At least 5+ years of experience in software technical documentation, Ability to make complicated concepts easy to understand, Experience as a technical writer role in an agile software development environment, Experience in writing API documentation, Experience with Jira and Confluence, Experience in image capture tools and PowerPoint to convey concepts when needed, Ownership and “can do” attitude with the passion to meet aggressive deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience in IT security technologies and also iOS and Android mobile operating systems and technologies is highly desirable, Experience in Oxygen XML Editor is a plus, Experience in Markdown and Slate HTML documentation is a plus
What You'll Do.

As a Senior Technical Writer in Zimperium, you will author internal and customer-facing documentation for several highly technical products. This role requires understanding various product areas, working with a cross-functional team, along with authoring documents including release notes, user guides, API documents, and other documentation deliverables in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Interact with the subject matter experts including developers, product managers, customer support and sales to understand software deliverables to provide release notes and other documents for general availability releases.
