Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Provide expert technical support for commercial and industrial water treatment systems, including UV, ion exchange, filtration, and reverse osmosis technologies. Handle customer inquiries related to troubleshooting, part replacement, system programming, installation, and on-site equipment startup. Support logistics and service operations, including shipment tracking, freight inquiries, and resolution of lost or delayed deliveries. Manage warranty-related cases and ensure timely resolution in alignment with service standards and company policies. Use CRM tools (including Salesforce) to document, track, and manage service requests and technical cases. Collaborate with third-party contractors and internal teams to provide accurate technical guidance and support. Interpret technical documentation such as wiring diagrams, schematics, and CAD drawings to support diagnostics and solutions. Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours technical support as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field. 3–5 years of experience in the water treatment industry or mechanical/field service environments. Strong knowledge of water treatment systems, including filtration, UV, ion exchange, and reverse osmosis technologies. Experience in technical troubleshooting, service coordination, or project management is highly valued. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and service management tools. Ability to work independently in a remote, call-center-style support environment while collaborating with distributed teams.
