5+ years of technical sourcing experience with a proven track record in Robotics, AI/ML, Autonomy, or deeply technical engineering domains., Demonstrated success engaging and converting high-caliber passive talent in competitive markets., technical acumen—you understand how complex engineering systems fit together and can quickly ramp on new domains., Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent searches., Data-driven you use funnel metrics to prioritize, refine approaches, and communicate impact., Naturally curious, persistent, and energized by digging deep, iterating, and playing the long-term sourcing game., Excited about autonomy, robotics, and hard tech—and eager to contribute to Nuro’s mission.
