What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, significant depth in technical recruiting at SaaS, B2B, or high-growth technology companies, track record of successfully hiring for software engineering and other niche technical roles, Fluency in Boolean search syntax, technical literacy, Proven passive sourcing skills, Sharp interviewing and assessment instincts, Comfort with recruiting metrics, pipeline reporting, and data-informed decision-making, organizational discipline, Solid knowledge of compliant hiring practices, Clear, adaptable communicator
