Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, 10+ years of experience in technical program management, portfolio management, or related roles within SaaS or subscription-based businesses, Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs with enterprise-wide impact, Deep expertise in Agile, SAFe, and scaled program execution methodologies
Nice to Have
Proven track record leading subscription platform transformations or monetization strategy initiatives, understanding of end-to-end revenue lifecycle, billing systems, and enterprise customer requirements, Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across technical and business domains, Experience operating in highly matrixed, global organizations with competing priorities

Sr. Technical Program Manager – Subscription Programs **Description -** ## **Sr. Technical Program Manager – Subscription Programs** **Location:** Houston, TX or U.S. Remote ### ### **Role Overview** HP is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager who operates at enterprise scale, shaping strategy and driving execution of highly complex, cross-functional initiatives that directly support HP’s transformation to subscription-based offerings and long-term digital growth. This Principal-level role represents a recognized authority in technical program management for subscription-based software platforms. This individual demonstrates deep mastery across subscription technologies, program delivery frameworks, and revenue lifecycle systems. They lead the design and execution of large, cross-division programs and deliver innovative solutions in highly ambiguous and evolving environments.
