We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of programs across Last Mile Delivery. As part of Amazon Delivery's PRISM (Central TPM) organization, you will own the end-to-end program strategy for last mile initiatives, driving cross-functional alignment across business, product, and engineering teams to launch and scale programs that move the needle on delivery. You will partner with senior leaders across multiple organizations to define priorities, remove blockers, and deliver results. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings strong business and technical judgment, and has a track record of delivering complex programs.
