Full Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Technical Program Manager (TPM) to build a safe and trustworthy Advertising ecosystem that protects customers, ensures regulatory compliance, and defends against bad actors at massive scale. Join the MADS-B Fraud and Verification team (PROSECCO) in Ads to drive programs spanning both fraud detection and advertiser vetting. You'll lead complex, high-impact initiatives that assess risk, verify advertiser identities, validate business operations, and detect fraudulent activity across Amazon's advertising platforms - reaching millions of advertisers worldwide and protecting billions of dollars in ads spend while ensuring compliance with emerging regulations. With a diverse and challenging backlog, your experience managing complex, high-impact programs will be essential as you engage with cross-functional teams across Amazon. From the inception of an idea, you'll be involved in gathering requirements, shaping the vision, and setting the team up for successful delivery. As a Sr. TPM, you are a key decision maker and strategic partner. You will establish launch timelines, make critical decisions to optimize trade-offs, and manage expectations with executive stakeholders. The scope and scale of our work often comes with a high degree of ambiguity - you'll need to balance customer needs with technical constraints, anticipate bottlenecks before they emerge, and drive clarity in complex situations. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and values autonomy. They learn enthusiastically, are comfortable making decisions, big and small, and can influence without authority.
