We help our customers find new content and content they have engaged with, to provide the most relevant titles. We tailor these recommendations through Personalization models that you can help shape. Along with delivering an AI-First personalization experience, you'll collaborate with a talented team of engineers and scientists to create models to run these predictions and services to provide the results at incredible scale and speed. Key job responsibilities • Manage important technology programs with broad cross-organizational and/or cross-business impact. You define requirements, negotiate priorities, and deliver the right solutions and mechanisms. • Resolve significantly complex problems and provide a long-term solutions that are as simple as possible. Improve architectural quality, reduces bottlenecks, Operate with autonomy, showing high judgment in decisions that have technical and business implications. Identify and tackle intrinsically hard problems. (e.g., highly complex, ambiguous, extremely complicated, with little to no existing structure, have significant business or security risk or potential for significant impact).
