We're seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage programs spanning innovative advertising formats, Ad measurement and Ad privacy on Prime Video. As a Prime Video technologist, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. You’ll get to work on projects that are fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape the technical vision for Prime Video Advertising across multiple organizations and domains. This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on one of the world's largest streaming advertising platforms during a period of rapid growth. Key job responsibilities Program Leadership & Strategy * Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs spanning multiple teams and organizations * Define program vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and technical requirements * Own program-level decision-making, trade-offs, and prioritization across competing demands Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination * Partner with engineering, product, design, operations, and business teams to align on goals and deliverables * Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership * Develop comprehensive program plans including scope, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and success
