Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Central Operations Team is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong operations delivery record and senior leadership experience to own and manage strategic, cross-functional, cross-organizational business initiatives. You will use analytical, technical, program management, relationship building and operations management skills to drive a broad set of strategic initiatives and improvement projects. As a member of this team, you will be a thought leader who will work cross-functionally to develop and implement next generation processes, tools and systems. The role includes writing documents that present a clear view on operational strategy, developing requirements to enhance our processes and tools, and ensuring scalable solutions to support our ability to maintain and grow the AWS cloud. AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles.
