**The Role:** Moderna is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive project and program management of infrastructure (cloud and on-prem) rationalization and AI-readiness initiatives at Moderna globally. We’re looking for someone with a high level of integrity and personal accountability, strong interpersonal skills, and infrastructure technology domain expertise. **Here’s What You’ll Do** * Program Management – take a structured, data-driven, and risk-based approach to program scoping, execution, and reporting * Kick off and successfully manage multiple, simultaneous, complex, high visibility workstreams with full ownership, effective collaboration, and good process * Build processes, templates, and structure, or leverage existing ones as appropriate * Manage vendors, schedule, scope, and cost * Measure program success (or lack thereof) and risks using data and facts * Provide balanced risk remediation strategies and recommendations and drive risk mitigation * Develop and maintain close stakeholder relationships and build influence to drive the appropriate outcomes across Moderna * Provide clear, accurate, consistent, and timely communications * Advance good infrastructure and security practices and culture * Partner Collaboration work with Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, and AI Engineering, as well as Network Engineering, Identity and Access Management, Builder Tools & Platforms, IT, Cybersecurity, software engineering, and business stakeholders to manage and drive improvement projects in a structured and predictable manner * Manage multiple initiatives: * Cloud modernization * Rationalize infrastructure platforms, tooling, and service models that underpin AI workloads. * Identify and eliminate redundant, unsupported, or non‑scalable infrastructure patterns that impede AI adoption. * Enable standardized, secure, and supportable “AI‑ready” infrastructure foundations that accelerate time‑to‑value while managing cost and risk. * Ensure infrastru
