The successful candidate for this role will create sustainable processes and standards; and drive automation opportunities to reduce delivery cycle times and to improve quality without impacting network availability. The mission of the team is to deliver network capacity on time with zero rework. The GND Technical Program Manager will support the implementation and delivery of inbound capacity and equipment. They will be responsible for bringing efficiencies in operations and allow the team to scale. Key job responsibilities 1. Resolves Planning gaps by driving joint outcomes with stakeholder teams within GND. 2. Owns identifying where systematic issues are blocking planner throughput, driving those to resolution across team boundaries. 3. Collaborates on initiatives within GND that impact Planning (e.g. attend MBRs), and ensures that AMER, EMEA, and APAC regional teams are learning from each other rather than solving the same problems in silos. 4.
