Devices & Services Trust, Privacy, and Accessibility (DSTPA) is responsible for maintaining and raising the trust bar for Amazon customers across a diverse set of 30+ Devices and Services. We offer horizontal services for builders to ensure trust, privacy, and accessibility is built into our products and services. We also build customer-facing capabilities that provide customers with control and transparency while reducing trustbusting risks, and enable partner teams to innovate with appropriate guardrails for content moderation, privacy, customer promises, accessibility, fairness, and trust. The DSTPA team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with trust and privacy risk management, solution architecture, design review, and deep technical program management expertise to join our team. A successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high complexity and ambiguity, demonstrating proven success in ownership, bias for action, and thinking big. Key job responsibilities - Partner with large, cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize privacy and trust risks across Devices & Services - Drive comprehensive tracking, treatment, and reporting of these risks, and holding owners accountable for implementing solutions until identified risks are fully mitigated - Lead solution architecture, design reviews, and track implementation of scalable, end-to-end privacy and trust automation tools, including policy automation, comprehensive data documentation and fulfillment of data subject rights (DSAR, deletion), and enforcement of privacy commitments across the organization - Provide guidance to D&S teams on design decisions and technical best practices for trust and data governance; recommend and advise on appropriate applications of privacy-enhancing technologies - Support scoping, planning, implementation, and delivery of privacy and trust controls implementation while collaborating with Engine
