About the Program Management team Philo's Program Management team is the connective tissue that makes our most complex technical and product initiatives actually land. We're a small, high-leverage function within Business Operations, built to bring structure and execution rigor to cross-functional work that cuts across Product, Engineering, and the business. The team is led by the Head of Program Management, who reports to our COO and partners closely with our Head of Product and Engineering leadership. We own the portfolio of major programs across the company — things like platform feature rollouts across six distribution surfaces, billing infrastructure changes, and new product launches — and we make sure the right people are coordinating, dependencies are tracked, and delivery doesn't fall through the cracks. The Program Management team at Philo is in growth mode— we've proven the model works, and now we're adding our first Senior Technical Program Manager to scale what we can take on. You'll be joining a team that has real ownership, direct access to senior leadership, and meaningful impact on how Philo operates. The Role We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of multi-platform technical programs at Philo.
