5 - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects, Familiarity with modern AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to support documentation, requirement clarification, and status reporting is a must, Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise specifications, and executive reports, Adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements, Experience partnering with engineering teams and supporting execution across all phases of the software development lifecycle, You enjoy working with ambiguity and in a rapidly growing and changing environment
Nice to Have
3 - 5 years of experience with one or more of AWS, GCP and Azure platforms, Any level of certification is helpful, but not a requirement, Good understanding of large scale distributed systems design, and operational challenges, Basic understanding of Jenkins, Jira, and ability to analyze logs and test runs is good to have skill, Understanding test strategy and planning is good to have skill, Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks is good to have skill
