It’s Day 1 for Amazon’s next billion-dollar business and we are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to work in a start-up environment who is passionate about technology and information systems, who thinks and acts globally, and has the ability to create and implement solutions. The ideal candidate will possess both the technical background that enables them to work with technology and a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically about Project Kuiper initiatives. They will experience a wide range of problem-solving situations requiring an understanding of technical infrastructure and stakeholder expectations. Key job responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of system implementation projects from design to deployment including integration with Amazon Corporate systems (OFA, Concur, ADP, and HR). - Build deployment project plans and manage risks impacting successful delivery. - Develop use cases by gathering business requirements, work with software development to build required features, clearly communicate dependencies and manage/track exceptions. - Participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) sessions to ensure proposed solutions can meet business requirements. - Active participation in Unit Test, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, and User Training. - Have an ability to navigate through a large amount of ambiguity and drive consensus between cross-functional stakeholder groups. - Demonstrate crisp communication skills, have experience communicating project status to a broad audience and be willing to follow appropriate escalation channels to ensure delivery as planned. - Possess a strong program management background, have experience leading large/complex/cross-org proje
