The Value Added Services Tech (VASTech) team accelerates WW Heavy Bulky (HB) and High Consideration Technical Product (HCTP) categories by providing hyperlocal pre and post-purchase services across the product lifecycle. VASTech supports business teams across 12 marketplaces serve Customers across B2C and B2B use cases. Leveraging the expertise in offering regionally constrained selection, VASTech partners with eCF platform teams to also launch other regional product use cases such as MFN stores selling regionally constrained selection and Regional Fulfilment Offer (RFO) as a hard regionalization solution to define regional boundaries on AFN shipments. This document describes how VASTech leverages and augments the broader Stores architecture, key initiatives towards generalization and consolidation, and future opportunities for 2025 and beyond. We are looking for an experienced, customer obsessed Technical Program Manager who is able to collaborate effectively with a technical team and be responsible for key aspects of the software customer experience on a new consumer service. In this role you, will lead the definition, and shepherd the development, of new features as well as important optimizations to the service. The role is inherently cross-functional: you will work closely with a high-energy team of software engineers, product managers, user experience designers, marketers, customer service leads as well as internal & external product stakeholders across the company.
