You will work at the intersection of applied science, engineering, and business — partnering with world-class scientists, engineers, and key stakeholders to transform innovative AI solutions into systems that protect the shopping experience of hundreds of millions of customers. You will define program strategy, exercise strong technical judgment on ML architectures and research-to-production pipelines, and drive alignment across science, engineering, product, legal, and policy teams within the organization. The ideal candidate delivers independently in ambiguous environments, communicates complex trade-offs clearly to internal and external stakeholders, and builds scalable mechanisms that improve how the org moves from research to real-world impact. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at the forefront of agentic AI, LLMs, and autonomous reasoning systems — where your work will reach customers within months, not years. Key job responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI/ML programs — taking Generative AI innovations from early research through production systems that serve hundreds of millions of customers, with direct ownership and accountability for outcomes.
