About the Role CertifyOS is building the data infrastructure for the next generation of provider technology. As we scale across Credentialing, Monitoring, Rosters, Provider Network Operations, the biggest bottleneck is no longer just building features - it is making the platform easier for internal teams and customers to configure, operate, and extend safely. The Shared Services team owns the cross-cutting platform capabilities that every product pod depends on: rules, access control, configuration, SFTP/file movement, reporting data layers, APIs, platform console, reliability, observability, and internal automation. As Senior Technical Product Manager, Shared Services, you will be accountable for the strategy and execution for the systems that make CertifyOS more self-serve, scalable, and AI-native. You’ll help move the company away from bespoke engineering requests and manual operational workflows toward reusable services, admin tooling, agent-assisted support, and safe internal automation.
