Must Have
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, data analytics or equivalent experience, Ability to work in large and medium sized project teams, as self-directed contributor with a proven track record of being detail orientated, innovative, creative, and strategic, Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships, Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties, Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required, Must be technical savvy, Must be proficient with Excel, PowerBI, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Financial statement preparation and analytical skills, Unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
Nice to Have
Hyperion Financial Planning and Reporting product suite, or other equivalent business systems analysis experience, Experience with Snowflake, Business Objects or other reporting tools, Experience with SAS, SQL, R or Python, Familiarity with database management concepts, Financial services and commercial banking background
What You'll Do.
System administration of the Company’s financial planning and reporting systems
Maintenance of comprehensive financial calculations
Partnering with business units to automate planning and reporting processes
Collaboration with the IT department to maintain
and support the planning and reporting platforms
Consolidation of company-wide financial results
Preparation of periodic forecasts
Preparation of financial reports
Ad hoc analysis projects
Driving profitability and actioning data
Financial reporting and analysis for related banking entities
Performing financial reporting
Partnering with bank personnel to prepare and review operating budgets
Managing the Hyperion Essbase financial planning and reporting applications
and Finance to integrate workforce
asset management KPI/metric
and allocation. data/metadata sets
Maintaining various management reporting hierarchies
Developing Hyperion calculation models for statistical accounts
and financial plan consolidation
Communicating system processes and project roadmaps
Supporting system upgrades/migrations and evaluating new processes and systems as business needs evolve
and executing/scheduling Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) interfaces and business logic
Managing user access to finance systems
Continuously maintaining best practice libraries for system administration and user experience
Providing planning and reporting systems support for all finance users
Administration of the Finance Systems Support SharePoint site
Continuously identify opportunities for increased efficiency / accuracy in leveraging data
Financial reporting and analysis for community banks
including budgets and monthly reporting o key stakeholders
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partnering with business units; Collaboration with the IT department; Work closely with the business segments; Collaborating with data analysts throughout the accounting, finance, and enterprise data management (EDM) teams; Coordinating with HR, Accounting, and Finance; Communicating system processes and project roadmaps; Providing planning and reporting systems support for all finance users; Partner with bank personnel to prepare and review operating budgets, forecasts, monthly financials, and product analysis
