Must Have
7+ years’ experience in technical design, Work effectively in fast-paced environment, Excellent communication skills, Excellent organizational skills, Experience communicating with vendors overseas, Experience working with vendors onsite, Proficient in Outlook, Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Knowledge of computer patternmaking required, Understand how to read and correct patterns through 2D software
Nice to Have
Degree in tech design, patternmaking, or related field, 3D software a plus, Knowledge of PLM is a plus
What You'll Do.
Own fit session management
Communicate with suppliers
Ensure understanding of technical corrections
Manage construction improvements
Work closely with design
Work closely with product development
Set up new styles with specs
Create patterns from scratch
Maintain all specs and grades
Organize weekly fit schedule
Communicate fit comments
Communicate construction comments
Establish fit standards
Establish construction standards
Communicate challenges
Review customer comments
Review sales feedback
Perform retail quality checks
Partner on fit model analysis
Maintain model database
Record costs associated to fit model booking
Maintain understanding of assigned styles
Maintain understanding of historical issues
Provide product fit details for catalog
Provide product fit details for website
