5+ years program management experience, 5+ years developing and delivering training cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams, Experience building quicksight dashboards, Experience working with and delivering instructor led training/information to all levels of employees, Masters degree or equivalent experience, Proven track record of developing, implementing and scaling learning strategies in high-growth, technology-driven organizations, Demonstrated success using data analytics to drive learning strategy and demonstrate business impact, Experience as a trainer and ability to manage a classroom of learners
Nice to Have
Quantitative masters degree or relevant experience, Previous Operations Management experience, Experience with business intelligence and analytics, Experience working with managers in implementing, streamlining, or automating systems and processes, Proficient in industry standard Learning Management Systems
