The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments and informatics systems are often the first step in patient care decision making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers. **What You 'll Do** * Act as technical solution provider for an effective and un-interrupted system operation. * Responsible as a technical specialist in his territory and advanced service support for the first line service providers * Identify technical support needs in his territory and implement actions proactively with team members. * Provide best in class solutions and experiences at customer expected level or beyond. * Establishing good relations with customers, especially laboratory staff **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
