What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline, and 6+ years of equivalent work experience or 8+ years of related work experience, 6+ years of technical engineering experience, Must be eligible to access and support AWS GovCloud, US Citizen, Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
Nice to Have
Understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars, Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead, Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment, Experience with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings, Experience applying technical or operational expertise to identify, balance trade-offs, and solve difficult challenges
