We are entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual idea and strategies. We are currently looking to add a motivated and experienced **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to our HR Department located in our office at Queretaro. **Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm** **Responsibilities:** * Lead recruitment, selection, and retention activities * Organize and actively participate in the recruitment and selection process, including defining selection criteria, creating questions and tests, reviewing applications, interviewing candidates with hiring managers, verifying references, etc. * Extend job offers and prepare offer packages for selected candidates. * Propose and execute human resources programs and services focusing on recruitment and retention. * Provide communication and training to both management and staff concerning recruitment, selection, and retention initiatives * Offer guidance and counsel to both management and staff regarding recruitment and selection matters * Assist the management team in workforce planning and related staffing requirements * Establish and uphold policies and procedures for recruitment and selection in compliance with employment laws Other HR Support Activities: * Engage in and support Human Resources projects * Provide guidance and recommendations to managers on best practices, human rights laws, and other related regulations in recruitment and selection * Participate in Career and Job Fairs as well as recruitment initiatives * Regularly review, maintain, and update job descriptions **Requirements** * Bachel
