Must Have
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting, sourcing or human resource experience, At least 2 years of experience working with, and up to date knowledge of, sourcing and recruiting through an applicant tracking system, PC skills with business and communication software (Word Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Nice to Have
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Experience with CRMs (e. g. Smashfly), Substantial experience supporting client groups in a Fortune 500 corporate environment

Handle all aspects of talent sourcing and recruiting
Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers

Identify and recruit appropriate candidates
Serve as a Talent Acquisition partner
Source and entice qualified candidates
Coordinate full-cycle recruiting
Manage candidate engagement
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Deliver and negotiate employment offers
Maintain tracking system of activity
Assist other functional Talent Acquisition Partners
Establish and develop networks
Manage the use of outside recruiters
Comply with all Company policies
