We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting efforts for our Israel site and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. This role combines hands-on recruiting execution with strategic partnership, market expertise, and the ability to solve complex hiring challenges. You will own the full hiring lifecycle for a variety of technical, business, and specialized roles while partnering closely with leaders across the organization to attract and hire exceptional talent. What You’ll Do: Own and drive full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and specialized functions, from workforce planning and intake through offer negotiation and close. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber talent in competitive and evolving markets. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, networking, and relationship-building activities. Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, providing guidance on talent availability, market dynamics, role design, compensation considerations, and hiring strategy.
