We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mexico — someone who can confidently manage a high volume of concurrent requisitions across multiple stages of the hiring process, without sacrificing quality or candidate experience. In this role, you'll own the hiring strategy and full-cycle execution for your business lines and contribute to projects that improve how we attract and hire talent across one of the fastest-growing freight technology companies in the world. What You'll Do Manage 30+ active requisitions simultaneously across different stages of the hiring process — sourcing, interviewing, and offer — maintaining clear pipeline visibility and prioritizing effectively without dropping the ball. Own the end-to-end recruiting process: talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies that build strong, diverse talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs. Partner strategically with hiring managers to align on expectations, design consistent interview processes, and drive quality hires across the organization. Leverage ATS reports, dashboards, and recruiting metrics to manage pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and present data-backed insights to the business. Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement at every stage of the process. Collaborate with the broader Uber Freight TA team to support process improvements and share knowledge across the function. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree required.
