The group's main business is the implementation of mission critical digital mobile communication systems for Government & Public Safety Communications customers. Our team is a group inside the Mid-Atlantic (T3) System Integration (SI) engineering organization with experts focused on System Design who work with experts in all Motorola disciplines. ## Job Description **Note: This is a remote position with travel (25-50%) to support projects in the T3 (Mid-Atlantic) territory, primarily focused on T3 South, which includes the states of WV & VA. ** The Sr Staff Engineer will be responsible for the public safety design and implementation of solutions for Motorola’s ASTRO 25 and adjacent technologies for State and Local government agencies. We are looking for Engineers who are energized by delivering solutions that truly make a difference. The Sr Staff Engineer will work with a field team of Project Managers, Systems Engineers, System Technologists, Construction Managers, and Customer Service Managers, and will be responsible for leading technical aspects of the assigned project until system acceptance.
