What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or an appropriate discipline, Eight (8) + years of experience in systems engineering, Systems engineering fundamentals: requirements development, system architecture, and lifecycle management, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SysML/UML for mission, functional, and interface modeling, Software-intensive system architectures, including simulator foundations and software–hardware integration, working knowledge of MBSE tools (SysML or UML), Experience defining software foundations for simulators or complex product environments, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, G-suite, JIRA/Confluence
Nice to Have
Experience in the aerospace and defense industry, specifically with UAS/UAV systems, Experience with MagicDraw/Cameo Systems Modeler, Project/Program Management Certification

Contribute to system designs
Coordinate with engineering disciplines

Maintain technical documentation
