## Accountabilities Provide advanced technical support for mission-critical communication systems, including troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning across RF, broadband, and IP-based infrastructures. Install, configure, program, test, and document complex communication systems, ensuring high reliability and compliance with technical standards. Support LAN/WAN environments, including routers, switches, firewalls, cabling, and network infrastructure across distributed systems. Diagnose and resolve server, OS, and application-level issues across Windows and Linux environments, including virtualization platforms. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and client teams to design, deploy, and transition communication systems into production. Produce technical documentation, weekly status reports, and operational updates for stakeholders. Identify and resolve complex system issues under pressure while ensuring minimal service disruption in critical environments. Requirements 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, networking, RF systems, IT infrastructure, or mission-critical communication environments. Strong expertise in IP networking (TCP/IP, Ethernet, L2/L3, MPLS) and hands-on experience with LAN/WAN infrastructure. Solid knowledge of server environments including Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware). Experience with communication systems, RF technologies, broadband/LTE, or public safety networks is highly desirable. Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot network and server infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in high-pressure, field-based environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
