Role Overview As a Developer, you will: * Work on RxCLAIM / Claim Adjudication enhancements , focusing on claim processing logic and system integrations * Develop and enhance applications interacting with downstream healthcare systems * Maintain and improve existing systems while building new solutions * Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues * Document system flows and business logic * Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and enhance applications using SYNON / COOL 2E and related technologies * Modify claim processing logic and support integration workflows * Deliver high-quality code with minimal supervision * Meet project deadlines and ensure system reliability * Perform major enhancements to existing healthcare systems ## Qualifications Required Skills & Experience * 5+ years of experience in: * SYNON / COOL 2E * COBOL400 * CL/400, CLLE * DB2/400 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Ability to take on leadership responsibilities if/when needed Domain Expertise * Hands-on experience with RxCLAIM * Experience in Healthcare / PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) Functional Expertise * Benefit Plan: required * Core Adjudication: required * Medicare P
