Must Have

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field, 5+ years of supply chain management, planning, strategic sourcing, commodity management or program management experience, Experience writing business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases, Experience collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to drive process and system improvements, Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams, Experience working with enterprise supply chain systems or system-enabled operational workflows

Nice to Have

Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field, 2+ years of driving process improvements experience, Knowledge of ERP and procurement tools, including Oracle, Coupa and Ariba, Experience supporting UAT or validating implemented system capabilities against approved business requirements

Amazon Robotics Supply Chain includes Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Execution, Logistics, Program Management, Trade Compliance, and other functions that own the sourcing, planning, procurement, and execution capabilities required to deliver robotics solutions across Amazon’s global network. The organization partners closely with Design, Manufacturing, Deployment, and other cross-functional teams to support material readiness, program execution, and scalable supply chain operations. Within this broader organization, the Supply Chain Execution team owns planning, procurement, master data management, and aftermarket spare parts readiness. We are seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager, Process and Systems Enablement to lead the definition and consolidation of Supply Chain Execution requirements for Planning and Procurement processes as Amazon Robotics scales core systems capabilities across ERP, PLM, Supply Chain Planning Systems, and Supplier Collaboration. This role will use data, process analysis, and stakeholder feedback to identify recurring pain points, quantify process gaps, document functional needs, write user stories, and support business cases that can be prioritized and executed through PMO and technology partner teams. This role will help bring structure to evolving and sometimes undefined processes by aligning stakeholders on future-state Planning and Procurement workflows that can scale across teams and systems.
