Must Have
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, material engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields, Experience in auditing, risk management, compliance, program management, or quality management systems, Experience with domestic or international travel coordination, Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders, 7+ years of working experience in quality management, manufacturing, or related fields, Fluent in Mandarin, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Analytical mindset
Nice to Have
Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies, Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations, Experience or interest in leveraging AI/automation tools, Familiarity with e-commerce metrics
