What You'll Achieve.
Ensure compliance with the NISPOM, DoDM 5205. 07, JSIG, and ICD-705; Ensure successful contract execution; Ensure personnel security packages are compliant to support access requests for Special Access Programs; Ensure compliance of operations in accordance with DoDM 5205. 07, CFR 32 Part 117, DoD 5200. 02, DoD 5200. 48, DoD 5105. 21 and internal company policy

Active and transferable U. S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, U. S. citizenship is required, Must be able to obtain and maintain SAP access, May require travel on company business, A valid driver’s license is required, May involve escorting individuals across business locations, Candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active and transferable U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship, DoD Clearance: Top Secret, Experience with Microsoft Products, Experience with ISPOM, DoDM 5205. 07, JSIG, and ICD-705
Nice to Have
Previous experience as a security professional supporting SAP Personnel Security, Experience with any of the following: NISPOM, DoDM 5205. 07, JSIG, and/or ICD 705, Degree major in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field of study, At least 6 years of National Security experience, Completed related training and/or certification with DCSA and/or CDSE (ex. Introduction to SAPs, ICD-705, SFPC, SPSC, PSC, etc.)
What You'll Do.
Manage a PERSEC team of 4 employees
review and administer program security policies
Ensure compliance with NISPOM
Provide oversight and guidance related to security policies
Lead a team of Personnel Security Specialists
prioritize assignments
Provide training and oversight to team
Ensure personnel security packages are compliant
and implement novel processes
Partner with Sr Security Manager
Ensure compliance of operations
Conduct internal reviews
Participate in Government inspections
Maintain records and databases
Perform data analysis
Submit reports to management
Conduct employee performance reviews
mentor and train personnel
Administer security procedures
implement Training Plans
Investigate security infractions/violations
Prepare reports specifying potential for loss or compromise
Escort individuals across business locations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with the Sr Security Manager to ensure processes are integrated across the programs; Conduct employee performance reviews to develop, mentor and train personnel
