This role includes developing subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, negotiating contract terms, and managing supplier relationships. They will have extensive and comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of subcontract management, mastery of contractual and legal frameworks, and in-depth understanding of financial analysis, market trends, and strategic sourcing on a global scale.
