This is a specialized role with a focus on construction and engineering project cost management rather than traditional finance, accounting, or audit functions. Candidates with relevant project-based cost experience will be best positioned to succeed in this role **Key Responsibilities** **Cost Objectives & Planning** * Develop and implement **construction cost objectives and cost control plans** to achieve overall capital project cost targets. * Support long-range planning and capital forecasting for large-scale construction programs. **Construction Cost & Data Analysis** * Analyze construction cost data using **internal and external sources** to provide insights for decision-makers. * Identify cost-saving opportunities across **labor, materials, equipment, contracts, escalation, and risk** , and deliver actionable recommendations aligned to strategic objectives. **Performance Tracking & Controls** * Monitor and report **cost performance across projects and critical cost elements**. * Track variances, risks, and opportunities at both **project-level and portfolio-level**. **Customer Alignment & Data Integrity** * Ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of **cost tracking, controls, and reporting mechanisms**. * Maintain high standards of **data accuracy, integrity, accessibil
