Bachelor’s Degree (Required): A foundational requirement, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field., 2–4 Years in Procurement: Hands-on experience in purchasing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization., MS Office Suite (Required): Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards), Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, documentation, and presentations.
Nice to Have
Master’s Degree (Preferred): An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or Business adds strategic depth and leadership potential., Specialization in Supply Chain (Preferred): Demonstrates focused expertise in procurement processes, logistics, vendor management, and strategic sourcing., SAP (Good to Have): Familiarity with SAP ERP modules like MM (Materials Management) or Ariba for managing procurement workflows, purchase orders, and vendor databases., Power BI (Good to Have): Ability to create interactive dashboards and analyze procurement data to support decision-making and performance tracking.
