Must Have
High school diploma, 3–5+ years of staffing support, recruiting coordination, or staffing operations experience, understanding of staffing services and recruiting processes, Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship management skills, multitasking and organizational abilities, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, Ability to collaborate effectively with management, sales teams, and colleagues, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines, customer-facing and interpersonal skills, Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism, General business acumen and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree, Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases, Experience supporting staffing sales and customer fulfillment processes, follow-up and communication skills with both clients and candidates, Ability to manage multiple priorities and staffing engagements simultaneously, Detail-oriented with process discipline and accuracy

**Geographic Locations: New York Remote (Long Island, NY Metro); Hybrid (Herndon, VA, Plymouth, MN, Chandler, AZ) Overview The Senior Staffing Support Specialist will manage customer fulfillment opportunities and partner closely with the Staffing sales BDE team to drive and promote staffing services for the Strategic Staffing group. This role is responsible for supporting the full staffing lifecycle, maintaining strong customer and candidate relationships, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the hiring and placement process. Your Impact The essential functions of this position include: Coordinate the full staffing cycle from opportunity intake through engagement to the invoicing team Ensure all corporate policies, compliance requirements, and placement documentation are completed accurately and timely Partner with sales teams and staffing partners nationwide to qualify, support, and fulfill staffing opportunities Communicate directly with customers to help support understanding job requirements, coordinate interviews, and manage expectations Conduct candidate pre-screening and technical qualification assessments with ePlus engineering staff Maintain ongoing relationships with placed consultants to monitor engagement status and support successful assignments Build and strengthen customer relationships to help identify and support new business opportunities with your Staffing BDE Participate in customer meetings and sales team meetings to promote and expand staffing services when needed Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support reporting, tracking, and additional administrative responsibilities as assigned Qualifications High school diploma required Bachelor’s degree preferred 3–5+ years of staffing support, recruiting coordination, or staffing operations experience Strong understanding of staffing services and recruiting processes Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship management skills St
