Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience, Minimum 5 years of professional experience in implementing WMS functionalities, Legal authorization to work in the U. S. is required

8+ years of experience in implementing WMS functionalities such as Oracle Shipping, Wave Planning, Pick-pack-and-ship, Load Planning, Shipping documentation, Replenishment, Product Receiving (PO/IB Shipments), Putaway, Slotting, Cross docking, Labeling etc., Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems, Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts, Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices, Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team. Partners closely with Product Management to translate vision into clear requirements, align stakeholders (Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners, Developers, Operations, IT, and vendors), and guide delivery by balancing new features, defect resolution, and technical debt.
