Translate business priorities and risk requirements into a prioritized roadmap; Identify customer problems, validate needs, and convert insights into outcomes, requirements, and success metrics; Prioritization across intake, enhancements, incidents, remediation; Make trade-offs explicit and drive alignment on scope, sequencing, and capacity; Define product and platform requirements; Influence solution design; Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements; Use insights to continuously improve delivery and product outcomes; Set strategy opportunities; Prioritize a scalable backlog; Deliver incremental improvements
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 6 years of professional experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum of 9 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 11 years of professional experience, Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management, Significant experience in technical product management for enterprise platforms, workflow tools, or regulated domains, Demonstrated ability to build and execute roadmaps, manage backlogs, and lead cross-functional delivery, requirements writing comfortable partnering with engineers/architects on solution design, Experience operating in environments with security, privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements, Eligibility Requirement: Legal authorization to work in the U. Nice to Have
Experience in Legal Technology supporting Legal Operations (e.g., matter management, legal intake, knowledge management, NDA, eDiscovery), Familiarity with trade compliance / ITC workflows, controls, or reporting, Knowledge of intellectual property management processes and patent analytics, Experience with workflow/automation platforms and integrations (APIs, identity/access, data governance), analytics orientation (product KPIs, value measurement, adoption tracking), Experience managing vendors and SaaS implementations

Drive delivery across engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, legal ops, analytics, and vendors; Partner with architects and security/privacy leaders; Align Legal leadership and technology stakeholders; Partner with ITC and IP stakeholders
