Must Have
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 6 years of professional experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum of 9 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 11 years of professional experience, Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management, Significant experience in technical product management for enterprise platforms, workflow tools, or regulated domains, Demonstrated ability to build and execute roadmaps, manage backlogs, and lead cross-functional delivery, requirements writing comfortable partnering with engineers/architects on solution design, Experience operating in environments with security, privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements, Eligibility Requirement: Legal authorization to work in the U. Nice to Have
Experience in Legal Technology supporting Legal Operations (e.g., matter management, legal intake, knowledge management, NDA, eDiscovery), Familiarity with trade compliance / ITC workflows, controls, or reporting, Knowledge of intellectual property management processes and patent analytics, Experience with workflow/automation platforms and integrations (APIs, identity/access, data governance), analytics orientation (product KPIs, value measurement, adoption tracking), Experience managing vendors and SaaS implementations

# ******Job Description Summary****** In the role of Sr Staff Technical Product Manager - Legal Technology you will set the strategy, influence alignment, and drive delivery of the Legal Technology roadmap across GE Aerospace. You will lead end-to-end product ownership: defining the vision and operating model, translating business priorities and risk requirements into a prioritized roadmap, and executing through cross-functional partnership. This role is built for a leader who can influence without authority, run a disciplined program/project cadence, and deliver measurable outcomes. You will modernize and digitize legal processes, enable AI and automation, and strengthen the company’s risk and control posture while improving user experience and operational efficiency.
