Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in business development, marketing or technical sales, understanding of Robotics, Industrial Automation, Building Automation, Energy or broader embedded markets, Proven ability to follow up on leads and develop relationships in the field, strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills, Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with SAL and TAA to create MRD & SRD; Co-work with System Solution Team or external partners for solution build up; Cooperate with Channel marketer for NSI launch and GTM plan; Align with SAL and UX management expectations; Work with PG, BI, TAA, SAL, and distributor teams to gather insights; Collaborate with SST/IDH on feasibility, cost, timeline, and NSI requirements; Drive cross-functional reviews with PG, SAL, BI, and TAA; Coordinate with UX/SAL top management for regional go/no-go decisions; Support solution development by SST/IDH; Align solution deliverables with SAL GTM requirements; Partner with channel marketing; Support technical engagement with ecosystem partners (IDH, ISV, module vendors, OEMs); Work closely with sales teams; Hybrid collaboration model with matrix reporting across PG, UX, and regional SAL

He start from market size TAM/SAM/SOM analysis and consider ROI of solution by working with SAL and TAA to create MRD & SRD. The solution better maximizing PPB by crossing EP&C, AMS, Power, and HPC products and create eBOM for solutions. And co-work with System Solution Team or external partners for solution build up. And cooperate with Channel marketer for NSI launch and GTM plan. In the Taiwan region, the Solution Marketing Manager acts as the key regional lead for solution strategy, solution definition, solution enablement, and field execution, ensuring alignment with SAL and UX management expectations with no surprises.
