What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, at least 10-15 years of experience working in the Semiconductor domain, 5+ years of hand`s on technical program/project management experience leading cross functional teams to develop broad market or custom mix-signal analog products for commercial, industrial or automotive applications, 3+ years of relevant experience being part of Product line NPI functional teams as a hands-on design, product, test, validation, applications, quality or related function, In depth understanding of new product introduction and product development flow from concept to production release, Working experience in a high-pressure environment, competing priorities and tight turnaround times, Ability to lead technical discussions and summarize outcome for executive level status reporting
Nice to Have
Masters EE is preferred, PMP certification, Exposure to APQP automotive process is a plus, Knowledge of back-end semiconductor processes like Wafer Fabrication, Bump, Packaging, Assembly and Test is an asset
