Must Have
M. S. /M. Tech or B. S. /B. E. in Electronics or a related field, 8–17 years of relevant industry experience
What You'll Do.
support all design flow tasks
managing our processes and systems
interfacing with multiple departments and external customers
define safety mechanisms for MCU
Flash Subsystem (FlashSS)
Take ownership of safety analysis engineering methods such as FMEDA
and Dependent Failure Analysis throughout the product development lifecycle
Define the digital architecture and micro-architecture of IPs and their sub-functions
responsible for all aspects of digital design
from specification to silicon
including integration at the SoC level
Actively participate in problem-solving and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Drive innovation and develop new architectures for best-in-class solutions
Mentor and coach other design team members on technical topics
Collaborate with domain specialists across global locations on core technical initiatives
Work closely with analog designers to ensure smooth integration and interfaces between digital and analog circuits

Collaborate with hardware architects; Work closely with system architects, hardware designers, software teams, testing, quality, cybersecurity, and program management teams; Collaborate with domain specialists across global locations; Work closely with analog designers; collaborating with verification and physical design teams; work effectively in cross-functional and globally distributed teams
