What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proficiency solid Rust, Experience with cloud (AWS), Experience with orchestration of containers (Kubernetes / IKS), Experience putting ML models into production: pipelines, deploy, monitoring and data integration, Strong engineering culture: unit tests, integration tests, CI/CD and code quality practices, Fluency English
Nice to Have
Experience with simulation and route optimization, Familiarity with map and routing data (e.g.: OpenStreetMap, distance matrices), History of elevating engineering quality in data science teams
