Define segment strategy aligned for India for India segment
Own TAM / SAM / SOM sizing and growth forecasting for assigned segments
Develop deep customer understanding across OEMs
Identify design-in decision drivers: cost
Define segment-specific value propositions aligned to India market needs
Enable price–performance and solution-based selling (not part-based selling)
Drive India GTM plans for the chosen India for India segments
Work closely with regional sales to define target accounts
and design-win strategy
Enable sales with segment playbooks
